We quote per square foot based on your chosen specification
tier, then itemise material and labour costs separately. The number in your
agreement is fixed — it doesn't change unless you request a design change
mid-project.
A 2,000 sq. ft. independent home usually takes 28–32 weeks
from foundation to handover, once approvals are in place. Larger or multi-floor
builds run 40–52 weeks — we give you an exact schedule after the site visit.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submit them to the local
municipal or panchayat authority on your behalf, and track the approval until it's
issued.
Minor changes are possible up to the framing stage.
Structural changes after that point are evaluated by our engineer first, since they
can affect load calculations and the approved plan.
We're based in Salem and build across Salem, Erode, and
Namakkal districts. For sites further out, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis
during the consultation call.
